DFSpro is a SAP partner and an Authorized Channel of NTT DATA, owner of GUEPARDO Tax. This page explains the nature of each relationship in the ecosystem. SAP consultancies can take DFSpro's tax services to their clients through referral, co-selling or joint delivery. Before any product, DFSpro is a specialist in tax on SAP, and its command of GUEPARDO Tax comes from that specialization.
The partners in the ecosystem
DFSpro works on two assets that are not its own: the SAP platform, where the tax operation runs, and GUEPARDO Tax, maintained by NTT DATA, which turns that operation into obligations delivered on time.
SAP
SAP is the ERP where the tax operation that DFSpro governs runs: tax calculation by document, integration with the FI, CO, MM and SD modules, and the database that every tax calculation depends on. DFSpro does not sell SAP licenses or manage infrastructure. It works on the tax setup layer of a SAP base that the client has already implemented.
The scale is too large for one single way of configuring: each SAP environment arrives set up differently, and tax governance adapts to that variation, never the other way around.
Joule is a SAP product, and DFSpro sells and implements Joule as part of the SAP portfolio it markets. DFSpro's work goes beyond that: assessing what must be governed in the tax operation before any AI-based automation. See SAP Joule in the tax operation.
NTT DATA
GUEPARDO Tax is developed and maintained by NTT DATA Business Solutions Brazil, the sole owner of the product. DFSpro is an Authorized Channel: it sells the license, implements the product, and provides tax setup and governance services on the installed product. DFSpro does not develop GUEPARDO.
The product was created by FH and passed to NTT DATA on 11/12/2019 (renamed NTT DATA Business Solutions on 01/04/2021). The line of ownership has been the same since then: no change of maintainer, and no migration of the client base along the way.
A volume that tests the same tax rule across many sectors and company sizes before any new client inherits that rule ready-made, instead of being the first to run it.
In 2025, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service invited NTT DATA and GUEPARDO to the official pilot of the Tax Reform, among fewer than 400 companies selected from more than 23 million active CNPJs (Brazilian company tax IDs). Source: NTT DATA institutional blog (08/10/2025). The GUEPARDO base already processes real CBS/IBS data before the general requirement takes effect.

01Is DFSpro a SAP partner?+
Yes. DFSpro is a SAP partner and works technically on the SAP platform (ECC and S/4HANA). It is not a SAP license reseller: the focus is tax governance inside the SAP environment, with GUEPARDO Tax as the technical core.
02Is DFSpro an authorized channel of NTT DATA?+
Yes. In the relationship with GUEPARDO Tax, DFSpro works as an Authorized Channel of NTT DATA.
03What does "Authorized Channel" of GUEPARDO Tax mean?+
In practice, NTT DATA authorizes DFSpro to sell the product and to provide services on it, following the standard that NTT DATA itself recognizes.
04Does DFSpro sell GUEPARDO Tax licenses?+
Yes. As an Authorized Channel, DFSpro sells the GUEPARDO Tax license. When the client starts from zero, it also implements the product, and after go-live it provides tax setup, governance and stabilization services.
05We already have GUEPARDO Tax installed. Does DFSpro still serve us?+
Yes. DFSpro provides setup, governance and stabilization services on the product already installed. The scope of each case is confirmed in the first conversation, through the contact page.
06We already have a SAP integrator. Does DFSpro replace it?+
No. DFSpro works on the tax layer and does not replace the integrator in the overall project architecture. The page on how we work with your team explains how responsibilities are split.
07Did DFSpro develop GUEPARDO Tax?+
No. NTT DATA, the sole owner, develops and maintains the product. DFSpro works on setup, governance and stabilization on top of it.
08Can I hire DFSpro if I do not use GUEPARDO Tax yet?+
DFSpro's work starts from SAP environments with the product active or under evaluation. If you are still deciding, the SAP Tax Diagnostic looks at the environment before any decision.
09What is DFSpro's relationship with SAP?+
DFSpro is a SAP partner and works on the SAP platform, the central ERP where GUEPARDO Tax and all of DFSpro's tax work operate. It is a technical and ecosystem partnership, with GUEPARDO Tax at its core.
10Do these certifications and seals belong to DFSpro or to the partners?+
Each seal belongs to the company that issued it, for example the SAP certifications, which belong to SAP. DFSpro never claims a third party's certification as its own.
11Does this partner list change over time?+
Yes. Relationships and the technology ecosystem can change, and this list is reviewed regularly.
12How do I confirm the nature of one of these relationships directly with DFSpro?+
