04Are the materials in the Library generic, or specific to my sector?+
The corporate and method materials are general (they apply to any complex SAP tax operation). If you want the translation into the technical context of your own sector, you will find it on the sector pages, not in this library.
05Do I need to log in or sign up to download the materials?+
No. The download is direct, with no login or sign-up. Each of the 16 materials has its own download button.
06Which of these materials is the right one to start with, if I have never talked to DFSpro?+
The "Corporate (who we are)" group is the most direct entry point for anyone who has not yet had a sales conversation. If you already know your specific pain, go straight to the specialty material or to the pitch for your own role (CFO, CIO/SAP Manager, Tax Director).
07Do these materials replace a conversation with DFSpro?+
No. They prepare the conversation, they do not replace it. The SAP Tax Diagnostic is the step that depends on each company's real operation, something no corporate material can cover in advance.
08Do the pitches by role (CFO, CIO, Tax Director) have different content, or is it the same material with a new cover?+
Each pitch takes the specific angle of its role (risk and ROI for the CFO, method and architecture for the CIO/SAP Manager, the end of the heroic tax close for the Tax Director). It is not the same content repackaged.
09Are these materials kept up to date, or do I risk downloading something outdated about the Tax Reform?+
DFSpro does not currently state a review date for each material or a policy of regular updates. Before you request a material on the Tax Reform, confirm the latest date directly with the team.
10Can I share these materials with other people on my buying committee?+
DFSpro does not state a policy on redistributing the material after download. Ask the team directly before you share it widely inside your company.
