The direct answer

Cases are labeled by sector to protect client confidentiality. The page covers four cases, the sectors we serve and the kinds of problems already solved. A direct reference from a client happens only with that client's permission, case by case.

Where we work

Sectors we serve

DFSpro works with large companies in four priority sectors. In all of them the common thread is the same: an SAP operation (ECC or S/4HANA) connected to GUEPARDO Tax, with real tax complexity, not a generic need for "IT consulting".

What we have already solved

Type of problem already solved

01

Stabilizing an unstable tax operation

When the monthly tax close is already chaotic, with repeated mismatches between Tax, IT and Accounting, the first job is to stop the rework cycle before any larger project.

02

SAP migration and adjustment with controlled tax risk

In projects that migrate from ECC to S/4HANA or adapt to the tax reform (CBS/IBS), the tax risk specific to the change in architecture is mapped and handled before it becomes a problem in production.

03

Continuous governance over GUEPARDO Tax

Once the operation is stable, the work becomes ongoing monitoring and adjustment of the tax rules inside SAP, so that stability does not depend on one person.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

01Can you connect me with a current client as a reference?+

Direct references are possible when the client agrees, case by case, usually at a later stage of a sales conversation. We do not expose clients to outside contact without their prior consent.

02Would my case also be handled with this confidentiality?+

Yes. The same rule that protects current clients protects you: nothing about your operation is published without your explicit permission, even if the result is good for publicity.

03Do you have experience in my specific sector?+

Our work is concentrated in four priority sectors (Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Distribution/Retail, Energy and Regulated industries). Each has its own page that explains the tax problem of that sector in technical terms, which is the most concrete way to judge the fit before a named case exists.

04What is the fastest way to evaluate DFSpro in practice?+

An SAP Tax Diagnostic of your own environment. It shows, using your own operation, how DFSpro maps and prioritizes risk, which is a much more direct test than reading another company's result.

05Without client names, how do I know the published cases are real?+

Each case goes through an internal validation rule before it becomes public content: it is published only with the client's own confirmation of the result described, even when the company name does not appear. Anonymizing protects the client's identity, not the truth of the case, so the text describes the problem and the real change of state, not a generic marketing number.

06Were the results in the cases confirmed by anyone besides DFSpro?+

The confirmation comes from the client who lived the result, not from an independent outside audit. It is the client's permission, on what can be said and how, that decides whether a case becomes public content.

07Why do the cases not show a specific financial value?+

Because a number goes into a case only when the client who got that result confirms it and allows it to be published. We prefer to describe the problem and the solution applied with care rather than publish a loose percentage without that confirmation.

08Does an agribusiness case matter if my company is in another sector?+

What repeats across sectors is not the surface problem, it is the pattern behind it: a parallel spreadsheet, tax knowledge held by one person, or setup that did not follow a rule change. The sector pages exist to explain that pattern in the technical context of your own segment.

09These cases were picked because they worked. Are there cases that did not work too?+

The published cases have a result confirmed by the client, so there is a real selection bias: this is not a picture of all of DFSpro's experience, it is a sample of what worked and was approved for publication. To judge what would happen in your own operation, the most direct way is the SAP Tax Diagnostic of your own environment, not another company's history.

10If I do not see myself in any of the cases, does that mean DFSpro does not serve my profile?+

Not necessarily. The published cases are a sample limited by what was approved for publication, not DFSpro's test for fit. The real test for fit is described in Is it for you?, and it is worth checking there before ruling us out because of what did not appear in a case.

Next step

The best proof is the diagnostic of your own operation

The most direct way to find out if DFSpro solves the specific problem in your operation is not to read another company's result. It is to go through a real diagnostic of your own operation.
