Take SAP tax to your client without building a tax team
Founded in 2018 in Curitiba, DFSpro is a SAP partner and an Authorized Channel of NTT DATA, and works as a tax governance consultancy. If you serve companies that use SAP and your clients ask tax questions your portfolio does not cover, the partnership brings the tax layer to them, with a real specialist, and the relationship with the client stays yours.
DFSpro sells services: diagnostic, setup, tax reform, migration, support and training.
SAP consultants and consultancies take tax to the client without building their own tax team: DFSpro joins as a specialist in tax on SAP, and the relationship with the client stays yours. The depth in GUEPARDO Tax, which DFSpro implements as an Authorized Channel of NTT DATA, comes from that specialization.
Choose your entry point by your role
Five entries, one for each type of partner, straight to the model that fits your role.
01Independent consultant
Serves a few clients and wants to open the tax door without taking on a proposal or delivery: the referral model.
Go to the section02SAP consultancy
Has a project in sales or in progress and wants to present a single offer with tax included: the co-selling model.
Go to the section03Implementation and migration integrator
Delivers the SAP technical work and needs the tax layer in the same work plan: the joint delivery model.
Go to the section04Accounting and tax law firms
Decides the tax position with the client and needs someone to translate it inside SAP, without deciding for them.
Go to the section05Outsourcing and management consulting
Holds the whole contract with the client and subcontracts the tax layer: the subcontracting model.
Go to the sectionWho sells services to companies with SAP and runs into tax
The partnership is for those who already have a relationship with companies that run SAP and, from time to time, hear a question their portfolio does not cover. The tax close does not balance, the invoice does not go out, the SPED (the digital tax reporting that the company files with the tax authorities) comes back with errors, or the tax reform arrived and no one knows where to start.
Generalist SAP consultancies
They have finance, logistics or development teams, but no dedicated tax specialist. Tax shows up in the project and no one supports it.
Implementation and migration integrators
They deliver the project and need someone for the tax layer before and after go-live (the moment the system goes into production).
Independent SAP consultants
They serve a few clients in depth and cannot cover tax beyond one or two areas.
Financial and tax process outsourcing
They run the client's day-to-day operation and need specialized support inside the system.
Accounting and tax law firms
They decide the tax position with the client and need someone to translate it inside SAP, without deciding for them.
Management and technology consultancies
They lead transformation programs and need a reliable tax workstream inside the program.
DFSpro does not look for a high number of partners. It looks for a few partners who serve well the clients they already have. That is why the first step is a conversation, not a sign-up.
Why consultancies lose business on tax in SAP
Tax is the part of a SAP project where mistakes cost the most and show up the latest. Those without the specialist in house notice it in the first meeting with the tax director.
The client asks and you cannot answer
In almost every SAP project the tax conversation comes up: which tax rule applies, why the invoice was rejected, how the obligations work in the new branch. Without a safe answer, the subject goes to another consultancy.
Tax is deeper than it looks
Tax setup, electronic documents, reporting, foreign trade and tax reform require law and configuration at the same time. Helping with a question is possible. Supporting the subject for months takes dedication.
Building a team is costly and slow
Hiring, training and keeping tax specialists only pays off with constant demand. With uneven volume, the team sits idle in one part of the year and overloaded in the other.
The tax reform changes the question
The transition to CBS (the federal consumption tax created by the tax reform) and IBS (the state and city consumption tax created by the tax reform) forces the client to look at SAP again. Those with an organized answer win the conversation.
Referring without an agreement costs the relationship
When you refer someone informally, you lose control of what is said to the client, who serves them and how the relationship continues. The client may end up preferring the specialist to the intermediary.
Getting tax wrong burns the brand
A poor tax delivery becomes the topic of the next board meeting, with your name attached. That is why many consultancies prefer not to enter and leave the space open.
None of this is a criticism of your work: tax is a specialty of its own. The partnership solves that boundary. You do what you do well and bring tax to the client through someone who specializes in it.
The tax reform gives your client a question with a set date
Complementary Law 214/2025 set the calendar for the transition to CBS and IBS. For a company with SAP, each step of the calendar is a workstream in the system.
| Period | IBS | CBS | What changes for the client's SAP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026 | State rate of 0.1% (art. 343) | Rate of 0.9% (art. 346) | Documents and calculation already coexist with the new taxes, and the amount paid is offset against contributions of the period (art. 348). |
| 2027 and 2028 | Rate of 0.05% for the state plus 0.05% for the city (art. 344) | The rate set by law, minus 0.1 percentage point (art. 347) | Both taxes get their own calculation rules, alongside the current ones. |
| 2029 to 2032 | Gradual reduction of ICMS and ISS rates and of tax benefits, with IBS reference rates set for 2029 to 2033 (arts. 342 and 349) | CBS reference rate set by the Senate through 2033 (art. 349) | Living with both the current and the new regime weighs on setup, reporting and reconciliation. |
The transition is in arts. 342 to 349 of LC 214/2025.
Those who arrive at the client with a plan for these steps join the 2026 conversation, not the 2028 one. The work in the system is covered in Tax reform in SAP and in Split payment in SAP.
A consultancy specialized in tax on SAP and GUEPARDO Tax
Founded in 2018, in Curitiba
DFSpro was born to serve complex tax operations in SAP environments. It works as a SAP partner and as an Authorized Channel of NTT DATA in the GUEPARDO Tax ecosystem. Part of the team came from the former FH, creator of GUEPARDO Tax and today NTT DATA Business Solutions.
Service, not software
DFSpro sells services and has no software of its own. GUEPARDO Tax is a product of NTT DATA, and this program covers services only: it involves no license, price or commercial condition of the product. What you present is the work of specialists, not a tool that competes with the client's.
SAP environment, ECC or S/4HANA
ECC (the previous generation of SAP) and S/4HANA (the current generation) environments are covered. ERP means enterprise resource planning system. The work applies with or without GUEPARDO Tax, on the tax layer, without replacing the integrator or the consultancy that implemented the system.
The tax decision belongs to the client
Our role is to design, configure and prove how the system behaves. The tax position stays with the client, with the legal and tax support they already have. Service is consultative and direct, with a senior team and no ticket queue.
Service by service, and where you come in
You choose to enter through one area or several, and the partnership model defines how. Timeline, scope and terms of each job are set after we understand the client's environment.
| Service | What it solves | When it shows up at the client | Where the partner comes in |
|---|---|---|---|
| SAP Tax Diagnostic | Shows where the tax environment has risk, ranked by severity (Critical, High, Medium and Monitor), before any project proposal. | The client feels tax is unstable and does not know the source. | It opens the conversation and is usually the entry point. You present it, follow the feedback session and lead what comes next. |
| Tax setup | Reviews the tax calculation and reporting rules in SAP, with tests in a test environment (QA) before production. | Rules with exceptions that have no owner, differences between branches, recurring manual adjustment. | It comes in when your project touches finance, sales or purchasing and the tax comes out wrong. |
| Tax reform (CBS and IBS) | Prepares SAP for the coexistence of the current and new regimes, following the legal transition schedule. | Management asks what changes and SAP has no ready answer. | You bring the topic to the client with a work plan and a specialist at your side. |
| ECC to S/4HANA migration, tax layer | Covers the tax side of the migration, so that rules with no owner and no documentation are not carried into the new environment. | Migration project in progress or in planning. | You are the migration integrator and DFSpro is the tax layer inside the project. |
| Replacing GRC NF-e with DRC | Supports the replacement of the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) electronic document tool with DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance), following SAP's roadmap. | A company using GRC NF-e that needs to plan the migration. | It joins migration and technology upgrade projects that you already lead. |
| Post-go-live stabilization | Follows the first full tax cycle in production after an implementation or migration. | Recent go-live and first close not yet proven. | It keeps tax from staining the delivery of your project, which has already ended and already been billed. |
| AMS Fiscal, continuous governance | AMS (Application Management Services): ongoing support of the tax environment, with a review at each change. | A stable environment that must stay that way while law and operations change. | It creates a recurring relationship, with your client protected by the agreement. |
| Training in GUEPARDO Tax and tax reform | Trains key users and teams to run tax on their own. | The client depends on one or two people who hold the knowledge. | It complements training you already deliver and increases the client's independence. |
| Electronic tax documents | Covers the document's path (NF-e, Brazil's electronic invoice, and other documents) from capture to reconciliation. | Rejected invoices, poorly handled events, manual reconciliation. | It shows up in billing, logistics and purchasing projects. |
| Ancillary obligations and SPED | Makes sure ancillary obligations leave SAP with correct, traceable data. | SPED comes back with errors and there is rework every month. | It shows up at any client with a close under pressure. |
| Foreign trade | Handles the tax layer of imports and exports in SAP. | An operation with foreign trade and rules that do not talk to domestic tax. | It joins logistics and supply chain projects. |
| Tax master data | Fixes at the source the material, customer and vendor records that feed tax calculation. | The same error repeats because the record is wrong at the source. | It joins data migration and record cleanup projects. |
| Tax Clean Core | Clean Core: keeping the S/4HANA core close to standard, with no unnecessary customization. Here, applied to tax rules. | An environment with a lot of Z development (custom code) in tax. | It joins modernization projects and preparation for SAP updates. |
| GUEPARDO Tax governance | Setup and support of the product already installed, without reselling the product. | The client has GUEPARDO Tax and does not get what they expected from it. | You cover SAP and DFSpro covers the GUEPARDO Tax already implemented. |
At what point in the journey the partner comes in
The journey of a company with SAP has five moments. In each one there is a natural tax service and a clear role for whoever is already close to the client.
Risk awareness
The client feels tax is a problem: slow close, recurring differences, rejected invoices.
Diagnostic
A structured assessment that shows where the risk is and in what order to handle it.
Project
Setup, tax reform, migration, electronic documents, master data.
Stabilization
The first tax cycle in production, followed by a specialist.
Ongoing support
Continuous governance and training, with a review at each relevant change in law.
Awareness: hearing the complaint
The partner is usually the first to hear. You do not need the technical answer: you need to know there is an organized path and take the client to it. This is the role in referral or co-selling.
Diagnostic: prioritizing
The partner follows the feedback session and helps the client prioritize. Whoever knows the environment connects what the diagnostic shows with what your project is doing.
Project: splitting by layer
The integrator handles the SAP technical part and DFSpro the tax layer. This is the joint delivery or subcontracting model.
Stabilization and support: keeping the relationship
The partner keeps the relationship with the client and benefits from a tax delivery that does not need to be fixed later. A stable close is the best argument for the next renewal.
Four ways to work together
Each partner has a different relationship with the client, so the partnership is not a single format. The four models range from those who only introduce to those who deliver together, and you can start with one and move to another.
1. Referral
You introduce DFSpro to the client and make the bridge. DFSpro leads the commercial conversation, signs and does the work directly with the client.
Who it suits: independent consultants, accounting and tax law firms, management consultancies.
Your role: open the door, join the first meeting when it makes sense and follow the progress.
2. Co-selling
You and DFSpro present the offer together and build the proposal jointly, each within your own scope. The client sees one coherent offer, not two separate proposals.
Who it suits: SAP consultancies with a project in progress or in sales.
Your role: lead the relationship, join the proposal and the decision meeting.
3. Joint delivery
Each company carries out its own layer of the same project, with a single work plan and defined contact points. The integrator handles the SAP technical part and DFSpro the tax part.
Who it suits: implementation, migration and upgrade integrators.
Your role: manage the project as a whole and the relationship with management.
4. Subcontracting
The contract with the client is yours. You subcontract DFSpro for the tax layer and answer to the client for the whole, with DFSpro working inside your project.
Who it suits: consultancies with an umbrella contract already signed and their own project management.
Your role: contract, manage and answer for the delivery to the client.
The four models side by side
| Question | Referral | Co-selling | Joint delivery | Subcontracting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who presents the offer | You present, DFSpro leads | Both, together | Both, in the project | You |
| Who signs with the client | DFSpro | Each, within their own scope, or as agreed | Each, within their own scope | You |
| Who does the tax work | DFSpro | DFSpro | DFSpro | DFSpro, inside your project |
| Partner's sales effort | Low | Medium | Medium | High |
| Control of the client relationship | Protected by the agreement | Shared | Shared | Fully with the partner |
| Fits when | You want to open the door and not deliver | You want to sell together | You already have a project and need the tax layer | You want the whole contract |
Each model has its own rules for registering the opportunity, contacting the client and owning the scope. Not sure which one fits you? Tell DFSpro how your relationship with the client works and the conversation shows the fit, including the compensation for the opportunities you bring.
What you gain by doing this
The benefits come from the structure of the partnership and none depends on a promise of results.
A tax portfolio without building a team
You start offering setup, tax reform, electronic documents, SPED, foreign trade and ongoing support without hiring a tax specialist.
Larger scope per client
Whoever starts with one area usually has others along the journey, from diagnostic to ongoing support. They stop being a subject you turn down and enter your conversation.
A longer client relationship
Whoever delivers the layer that worries the tax director most stays by their side for longer. Ongoing support, in AMS Fiscal, creates a recurring relationship.
A difference in the tax reform
Few consultancies present an organized path to CBS and IBS inside SAP. Having that answer, together with whoever executes it, changes the position of the offer in bids and renewals.
Protection of the client relationship
The written agreement defines who the client contact is, how the opportunity is registered and how to handle approaches to the client you brought.
Less reputation risk
You do not take on alone a delivery that needs specialist skill. The specialist answers for the tax scope and the client knows who does what.
Technical support in the meeting
When the subject is tax, a DFSpro specialist can answer what is technical, with no improvising and without putting your credibility at stake.
Training for your team
Your team learns what each service solves and what question to ask the client. The qualification of the opportunity improves before DFSpro comes in.
The partnership is not software resale, does not guarantee business volume and does not replace your own qualification of the client. The program provides compensation for the opportunities you bring and protection of your relationship with the client, and the terms are presented in conversation.
From first contact to after-sales
Six steps, in the same order for any model. What changes is who does each one.
- 01
First conversation
You describe the clients you serve (sector, size, SAP version, use of GUEPARDO Tax) and where tax shows up. DFSpro presents services and models. No sign-up and no commitment.
- 02
Choosing the model
We define together which model makes sense: it depends on who holds the contract with the client and how much you want to take part in the commercial side. It can change later.
- 03
Written agreement
Scope, opportunity registration, compensation, confidentiality, handling of personal data and what each side may say to the client.
- 04
Preparation
DFSpro presents to your team the services, the symptoms of each one and what must not be promised. The goal is to recognize the opportunity, not to become a tax specialist.
- 05
Real opportunity
You register the company, the context and the client's request. DFSpro confirms in writing, so it is clear whose relationship it is, and comes in according to the model.
- 06
After-sales
The partner receives feedback on the work, within what the client authorized to share. The two companies review the partnership and decide whether it continues as is or changes model.
The pace depends on your portfolio and the clients you serve. If the partnership does not make sense for your profile, DFSpro says so in the first conversation.
What every agreement includes at a minimum
The terms apply once they are formalized in a written agreement between the two companies. You can read and adjust what makes sense before signing.
| The agreement defines | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Purpose and model | Makes clear what the partnership covers and which of the four models applies to you. |
| Opportunity registration | Gives the procedure to register the client introduced and confirms whose relationship it is. |
| Compensation | Covers compensation for the opportunities the partner brings, according to the model. |
| Confidentiality | Protects the information of both sides and of the client, in both directions. |
| Personal data, LGPD | States the role of each company, controller or processor, in each model. |
| Tie-break between partners | Prevents a conflict over the same client from being resolved only after it happens. |
| What each side may state | Lists what each company may say to the client about the other. |
The format, frequency and response times of each item of partner support are also agreed in writing, not promised in advance.
Material, training and technical support
A partner sells well what they understand and can explain. That is why DFSpro gives more than a contract.
Presentation material
Presentations and summaries of each service, in the language of someone who sells services to someone who sells services, to use with your client without rewriting.
Training for your team
Sessions on what each service solves, how to recognize the symptom at the client and how to qualify the opportunity. Content and format are agreed in the agreement.
Technical support in meetings
A DFSpro specialist can join meetings with the client when the subject is tax. Participation is agreed beforehand, case by case.
Joint proposal
In the co-selling and joint delivery models, the proposal brings both layers in a single document, with the scope of each side and a coherent work plan.
A defined point of contact
The partner knows who to talk to at DFSpro, and the opportunity does not stall because no one knew whom to ask. The name is given when the agreement is signed.
Feedback to the partner
After each opportunity, the partner receives feedback on what was done and what may come next, respecting the client's confidentiality.
The end client has a specialist on the other side
Your client's client is the tax director, the SAP manager, the IT manager and the accounting team. They need to know from the start who does what, and this is agreed before the first meeting.
| Aspect | How it works in practice |
|---|---|
| Team and continuity | A senior team, with no ticket queue and no rotation: the person who understands the client's environment is the one who follows the work. The method starts with the diagnostic, with risk prioritization, before any project proposal. |
| Testing before production | Each change in production goes through testing in a test environment. Each tax rule that is changed is documented, with its purpose and owner. |
| The partner stays informed | Within what the client authorized to share, the partner follows progress and conclusions, to connect the tax work with the rest of the project. |
| Client with GUEPARDO Tax | DFSpro separates what is setup of SAP and of the GUEPARDO Tax already implemented from what is product behavior, which belongs to NTT DATA. This comes up in the first conversation, so the client knows whom to turn to. |
Seven questions to qualify the opportunity
You do not need to be a tax specialist to know whether there is an opportunity. These questions, asked to the client in a normal conversation, show whether it is worth calling DFSpro and which service to start with.
- Which SAP version is in use, ECC or S/4HANA, and is there a migration project in progress or planned?
- Does the client use GUEPARDO Tax, is it evaluating it, or does it use only standard SAP tax?
- Is the tax close stable, or does it depend on manual adjustment and spreadsheets every month?
- Do electronic invoices go out and come in without recurring rejection, or is there frequent rework?
- Is SPED generated without later correction, or does it come back with errors more than once per period?
- Is there a plan for the tax reform, with a defined owner, or is the subject without an owner?
- Is the SAP tax knowledge spread across a team, or concentrated in one or two people?
How to use the answers
Two or more worrying answers already justify a conversation: you register the opportunity and DFSpro takes over the technical investigation from there.
Your client stays your client
Every partner rightly asks what stops DFSpro from going straight to the client you brought. The answer is in the partnership rules, written before any opportunity.
| Situation | How the agreement treats it |
|---|---|
| Opportunity registration | Every opportunity the partner brings is registered in writing, with date, company name and context. The record gives a clear history of who introduced the client to whom. |
| Who holds the relationship | The agreement defines, by model, who the client's main contact is. In referral, the contact is DFSpro with the partner following along. In subcontracting, it is the partner. |
| Conflict between two partners | If two partners introduce the same client, the tie-break follows the agreement, based on the real relationship with the client and the date of registration. No partner finds out the rule after the conflict. |
| A client that was already DFSpro's | The agreement states how to treat clients already served before the registration, and DFSpro says so when it confirms the registration, so no one is surprised. |
| Outside the agreed scope | The agreement records what each side sells and what it does not, and how to avoid one offering the client what the other already delivers. |
| The same rules for everyone | Whoever refers once and whoever refers often are under the same rules of registration and contact. The partnership does not guarantee business volume. |
Who it fits and who it does not
A good partnership starts by knowing when it is not a good one. These are the criteria used in the first conversations.
When the partnership fits
- You already serve companies that use SAP and have access to whoever decides on tax or on the project.
- Tax comes up from time to time in your projects and today you cannot serve it well.
- You value the relationship with the client and want to protect it with written rules.
- You accept that the client is served with a method: diagnostic before proposal, testing before production.
- You prefer a solid tax delivery to an easy promise.
- You are willing to train your team to recognize the opportunity.
When the partnership does not fit
- You want to resell software licenses or earn commission on a product. This program is for services.
- You already have a complete tax team of your own and only want to resell spare capacity.
- You plan to promise results, timelines or prices on behalf of DFSpro before any diagnostic.
- You want to refer without registration or agreement, or without telling the client who will do the work.
- You do not serve companies that use SAP.
- You look for a quick volume of partner sign-ups and little relationship with the end client.
If your situation falls in the second list, the conversation may still be worthwhile: sometimes there is another way to cooperate. It is better to say so at the start than in the middle of an opportunity.
Client data and confidentiality in the agreement
In a tax services partnership, sensitive information circulates: operation data, SAP configuration and, sometimes, personal data. The agreement covers this in writing, before any opportunity.
| Topic | What the agreement covers |
|---|---|
| Controller and processor | The LGPD (Law 13,709, of 2018) distinguishes the controller, who makes the decisions about personal data, from the processor, who handles the data on the controller's behalf (art. 5, VI and VII). The processor follows the controller's instructions (art. 39) and is jointly liable when it breaks the law or the instructions (art. 42, § 1, I). The agreement states the role of each company in each model. |
| Sharing | Client data is shared only when there is a legal basis and a need, and access is the minimum needed for the agreed work (art. 6, III), with security measures (art. 46). |
| Confidentiality | It applies to both sides. Each partner's commercial information is not used outside the partnership. |
| Beyond personal data | SAP configurations, tax rules, prices and each company's client list are also protected by the agreement, in both directions. |
| Opportunity registration | It does not require personal data: the company name, the general context and the contact named by the partner are enough. |
What to tell us in the first conversation
You write through the contact page and the conversation begins. The clearer your picture, the faster DFSpro says whether there is a fit and which model to start with.
- The name of your company and your role in it.
- The size of your team and where it works.
- The type of company: SAP consultancy, integrator, independent consultant, accounting, law firm, outsourcing or management.
- The services you already offer today and the tax areas that show up in your projects.
- The SAP version of your clients and whether they use GUEPARDO Tax.
- How you imagine working with DFSpro, or the question you want to clear up.
What happens next
Someone at DFSpro replies, understands your profile and schedules the conversation. If the partnership is not a fit, you hear that in this reply. Talking creates no commitment.
A clear list of what the partner states to the client
The client's trust is the asset both companies protect. That is why the agreement includes the list of what each side may state, and it protects the partner as much as DFSpro.
| Subject | The partner may say | The partner may not say |
|---|---|---|
| About DFSpro | That it is a SAP partner, specialized in tax and founded in 2018 in Curitiba. | That DFSpro holds a credential or certification that belongs to another company. |
| About GUEPARDO Tax | That DFSpro sells services and that GUEPARDO Tax is a product of NTT DATA. | That the GUEPARDO Tax license or its terms are part of this program. |
| About the services | What DFSpro's services are, what each one solves and what it does not solve. | Any promise of results, timelines or savings. |
| About the method and price | That the work starts with a diagnostic and that timeline and scope are set after understanding the environment. | Any price or commercial term that DFSpro has not given in writing. |
| About the tax position | That the tax decision belongs to the client and that DFSpro proves the behavior of the system. | That DFSpro decides the client's tax position or issues a legal opinion. |
Whoever promises what they cannot deliver carries the cost of that promise alone.
Frequently asked questions about partnering with DFSpro
Joining the program4 questions, 01 to 04
01Do I need to be a SAP partner to be a DFSpro partner?+
No. DFSpro is a SAP partner, but you do not need to be. What matters is that you serve companies that use SAP and have a relationship with whoever decides on tax or on the project.
02Who does the partnership suit?+
SAP consultancies, implementation and migration integrators, independent consultants, process outsourcing companies, accounting and tax law firms and management consultancies that serve companies with SAP and run into tax.
03How much do I need to know about tax to take part?+
You do not need to be a tax specialist. DFSpro trains your team to recognize the symptom, ask the right questions and qualify the opportunity. The technical part stays with DFSpro.
04How do I start?+
Through the contact page. You tell us who you serve and where tax shows up, DFSpro replies and schedules the conversation and, if both sides are interested, sends the draft agreement. The first conversation creates no commitment.
Models and roles4 questions, 05 to 08
05Can I join with referral only, without taking part in the commercial side?+
Yes. The referral model is for those who want to open the door and leave the commercial conversation and the execution to DFSpro. You follow progress within what the agreement provides.
06If I subcontract DFSpro, does the contract with the client stay mine?+
Yes. In subcontracting, the contract with the client is yours and DFSpro carries out the tax layer inside your project. You answer to the client for the whole and DFSpro answers to you for its scope.
07What is the difference between co-selling and joint delivery?+
In co-selling, you and DFSpro build the offer and the proposal together, and the focus is on selling. In joint delivery, the project already exists and each company carries out its own layer, with a single work plan.
08Can I change models later?+
Yes. It is common to start with referral and move to co-selling or joint delivery as the relationship matures. The change is recorded in the agreement.
Client and relationship4 questions, 09 to 12
09How does DFSpro protect my relationship with the client?+
With written registration of the opportunity, contact rules defined by model, a tie-break rule between partners and confidentiality in both directions. All of this goes into the agreement before any opportunity.
10Can two partners introduce the same client?+
It can happen. The tie-break rules are defined in the agreement, based on the real relationship with the client and the date the opportunity was registered.
11Does DFSpro replace the integrator that implemented SAP?+
No. DFSpro handles the tax layer and leaves to the integrator what it implemented. That is why the partnership with integrators works as joint delivery, each within their own scope.
12Does DFSpro decide the client's tax position?+
No. The client decides the position, with the legal and tax support they already have. DFSpro handles the design, the configuration and the proof of the system's behavior.
Terms and product5 questions, 13 to 17
13How much does the partner earn?+
The program provides compensation for the opportunities you bring. How it applies to your model and your client base is presented in conversation through the contact page.
14What does the agreement define?+
The purpose of the partnership, the model, opportunity registration, compensation, confidentiality, handling of personal data, the tie-break rule and the list of what each side may state to the client.
15Does DFSpro sell GUEPARDO Tax through the partnership?+
No. GUEPARDO Tax is a product of NTT DATA, of which DFSpro is an Authorized Channel, and the license is not part of this program. The partnership is for services: diagnostic, setup, tax reform, migration, support and training.
16How is client data handled?+
In line with the LGPD. The agreement defines each company's role as controller or processor of personal data, limits access to the minimum needed and provides for confidentiality in both directions. Registering an opportunity does not require sending personal data.
17How long does it take for an opportunity to become a project?+
It depends on the client, the scope and the stage the client is in. The timeline of each job is confirmed after the diagnostic and after understanding the environment.
Let us talk about your client base
The first step is a conversation. You tell us who the clients you serve are and where tax shows up. DFSpro shows what makes sense, or says that it does not. The program terms are presented in that conversation. If you prefer, write to comercial@dfspro.com.br or call (41) 3030-6007.
