Tax deadlines dashboard with source and confidence level
Pick states and obligations, mark what you have already filed, and see on one screen what is due, what is close, and how far to trust each date. The data comes from the DFSpro tax calendar, and what you mark stays only in your browser.
Build your dashboard in three choices
Public tax calendar data, no data from your company. Choose, mark and export.
The dashboard needs JavaScript.
Without it, use the tax calendar, which shows the current and the next month in text.
1. Choose the states
Tap a state to add its state deadlines. Tap again to remove it. A backup list sits right below the map.
- State complete in the calendar
- Partial reading in the calendar
- Chosen in your dashboard

Export and share
Status marks go into the text and the CSV. Nothing goes through a server: the file is built in your browser.
Three steps, no sign-up
Works on phone and computer, with a mouse or with the keyboard only.
Choose states and obligations
Tap the states on the map and leave checked the obligations that matter to you. If you want, filter by regime and add a city that has ISS in the calendar.
Read the indicators and the alerts
At the top you see the next due date, the count for 7, 15 and 30 days, and how much of the month has already been filed. The alerts separate what is late, what is due this week and what is still unconfirmed.
Mark, export and check the source
Mark each item as to do, filed or with a problem, take everything to your calendar app or spreadsheet, and open the official source of any line before you act.
Your choice is saved in the browser, so on your next visit the dashboard opens as you left it. There is no account, no password and no email confirmation.
The car dashboard of the tax area
In a car, the dashboard does not drive: it shows speed, fuel and the warning light so you can decide in time. This dashboard does the same with tax deadlines.
The warning light
It does not fix the engine, but it warns you before the trip is over. Here, it lights up when an obligation is late, is due this week or has not yet been checked against the official source.
Who it is for
For people who track due dates in more than one state: tax, accounting, controllership and SAP IT, who need to know when the system must be ready to generate the file.
How it works with the calendar
The calendar answers "when is it due and why". The dashboard answers "what do I need to look at now", with order, countdown, status and the level of checking of each date.
Each choice is your own selection, not a DFSpro recommendation, and no information leaves the browser. This dashboard does not replace the reference calendar or the company's internal control, and nothing here is tax advice: the selection, the reading and the decision are always yours.
The confidence level of each date
It is the same classification as the tax calendar: the dashboard never shows better data than the calendar has.
Verified, full proof
The calendar holds a literal excerpt of an official source that proves the whole rule of the line, with the date it was read.
Partial proof
Only part of the rule has an official excerpt. The date appears, but the part without proof must be confirmed at the source before you rely on it.
Confirm at the source
The deadline varies by state or city, depends on an act not yet published, or its rule is under review. The dashboard shows the situation and takes you to the source.
Not checked
DFSpro has not yet read an official source for this line. It appears as such, with the reason, and never counts as verified.
Does not apply
The obligation exists in the calendar, but the source we read says it does not apply to that state or case.
Non-business day to confirm
When the rule to move the date earlier or later has not been proven, the dashboard does not calculate with it and says so. The date shown is the calendar's date, with no invented adjustment.
The classification is neither opinion nor promise: it is the state of the proof in the calendar, line by line. If a piece of information has no proof, it appears without proof, and you decide what to do with the attention that deserves.
When the calendar brings a second source for the line, the dashboard shows whether there is one. Today the data only appears when the file carries that field.
How to turn it into your own real dashboard
This dashboard uses only public deadline data. Your company's tax dashboard uses internal data, and it lives in the company's own systems.
Public dashboard, this one
Tax calendar deadlines, by state and obligation. It helps you follow due dates and understand what a tax dashboard shows. The data is public and the state stays in the browser of whoever uses it.
Company tax dashboard
Tax calculation, bookkeeping, reconciliation and open items from internal data: the client's SAP, BI or GUEPARDO Analytics. DFSpro's job is to leave the client's system calculating and booking in a way that can be proven; the tax decision belongs to the company.
The company dashboard holds information that a public site should never receive: tax calculation, bookkeeping, reconciliation between SAP and accounting, open items by branch and the history of corrections. That is why this layer is built inside the client's environment, with the client's governance and permissions.
To see how this dashboard is designed, read the page tax dashboards in SAP and the module GUEPARDO Analytics. DFSpro does not host or maintain client dashboards.
What this dashboard does not do, and where DFSpro comes in
The tax decision always belongs to the client. This dashboard shows deadline, rule and source, and makes clear what it does not promise.
It does not store your data
Your choices and marks stay in your browser's local storage. There is no account, no login and nothing is sent to a server.
It does not receive client data
It is a public tool on public data. It does not accept invoice numbers, CNPJ, tax amounts or company files.
It does not host a company dashboard
DFSpro does not host or maintain client dashboards. This one demonstrates the concept, with public deadlines.
It does not consider local holidays
The calendar uses national holidays. A local holiday can move the due date: confirm with the state tax authority (SEFAZ) or the city hall.
It does not decide the tax position
It shows deadline, rule and source. How to meet the obligation and which rule to adopt is the company's decision.
It does not prove filing
The proof that you filed is the receipt from the agency. The filed mark here is your own note, only in your browser.
Our work is to design, configure and prove how the client's SAP and GUEPARDO Tax behave for each deadline. The tax position, the company's classification and the choice of rule when two official sources disagree stay with the client. Always check the official source of the line, at the state tax authority, the federal tax agency (Receita) or the city hall, before you act.
Where the data comes from
The sources are those of the tax calendar, and each line of the dashboard carries the link to the exact norm or official page, with the reading date.
The full list of starting portals, the rule of each obligation and the conflicts between official sources are in the tax calendar. The dashboard reads the same public data file as the calendar (open the data file) and keeps no copy: when the calendar is updated, the dashboard follows. This single check avoids two versions of the same information.
For the context of the obligations themselves, see ancillary obligations and SPED in SAP, SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI) in SAP and tax reform, CBS and IBS.
Frequently asked questions about the tax deadlines dashboard
12 questions from decision makers
01Does the dashboard store or send my data?+
No. Everything you choose and mark stays only in your browser, in the local storage of your own device. Nothing is sent to a DFSpro server or to third parties, there is no login and no sign-up. The page only reads the same public data file as the tax calendar.
02Where do the dates come from, and how do I know I can trust them?+
They come from the DFSpro tax calendar, the same data file, with no second copy. Each item shows the status of the deadline, the confidence level, the norm, the link to the official source and the date DFSpro read that source. Where the reading is not complete, the dashboard says so instead of hiding it.
03Can the dashboard serve as the official control of filing obligations?+
No. It is for tracking deadlines. The proof that an obligation was filed is the receipt from the agency itself. The filed marks in this dashboard are your own notes, valid only in your browser, and the decision on how to meet each obligation belongs to the client.
04What do verified, partial proof, confirm at the source and not checked mean?+
Verified means the calendar has an official excerpt that proves the whole rule. Partial proof means only part of the rule has an official excerpt. Confirm at the source applies to a deadline that varies by state or city, depends on an act not yet published, or has a rule under review. Not checked means DFSpro has not yet been able to read an official source for that line.
05Why do some items ask for confirmation at the source before I trust them?+
Because the non-business-day rule, the month schedule or the norm itself is not yet proven for that line. The dashboard calculates nothing with a rule that was not checked: it shows the item as to be confirmed and takes you to the official source, where the confirmation must be made before you act.
06Does the dashboard consider state and city holidays?+
No. The calendar calculation uses national holidays. A state or city holiday can move the due date, and that shift is outside the calculation. For a state or city obligation, confirm the date with the state tax authority (SEFAZ) or the city hall.
07How do I take the deadlines to my calendar app or to a spreadsheet?+
Through the export block: copy as text, download a CSV (opens in Excel) or download an .ics file that Outlook, Google Calendar and the phone calendar can open. Only the items in the scope you choose are included. An item to be confirmed carries the warning in the event title.
08What happens if I change computers or clear my browser data?+
The filed and problem marks stay in the browser where you made them, so they disappear if you clear its data or change device. The choice of states and obligations can be recovered through the dashboard link. To keep the marks, download the CSV first.
09What does the tax regime filter do?+
It only hides what does not apply to the chosen regime, according to the calendar's classification. Lines with no regime classified keep appearing, because the official source we read does not say who they apply to. Choosing the company's regime is the client's decision, and the filter is not an opinion on it.
10What is the difference between this dashboard and my company's tax dashboard?+
This dashboard uses only public deadline data. The company's tax dashboard uses internal tax calculation, bookkeeping and reconciliation data, and lives in the client's SAP, BI or GUEPARDO Analytics. DFSpro handles the design, setup and proof of how the client's system works; choosing the tax position is up to the company.
11Does DFSpro host or maintain my company's dashboard?+
No. DFSpro does not host or maintain client dashboards, and this public tool never receives client data. What exists here is a demonstration, with public data, of how a tax dashboard organizes deadline, risk and confidence.
12How do I know the dashboard data is up to date?+
The reading date of the data appears at the top of the dashboard and on each item, and comes from the calendar file. If the date looks old, open the tax calendar and check the official source of the line. The dashboard never estimates a date that the calendar did not calculate.
