What this page gives you and how to use it

For each tax obligation in Brazil, this page shows when it is due, why (rule and article) and where it came from (official link and the date DFSpro read it). Where the official rule does not set the date, the page shows the rule and points to the official act to check, and no date is estimated. The tax decision is your company's.

Updated on 23/10/2026Date window: October 2026 to December 2027Source: each row has its own

This is a lookup of deadline and source. A date calculated by rule is marked as such. The tax decision is your company's.

How to read the badges and the countdown

Set by act: a published rule sets the date or the day. By business-day rule: the rule sets the method and the date comes from the calculation, already handling non-business days. Varies by state or municipality: the deadline belongs to the state or city, and the page shows the rule that was read. Rule under review: official sources conflict. No act yet: the date depends on an act that has not been issued. Not checked: an official source could not be read, and the reason appears in the row.

The countdown uses Brasília time and always includes text: more than 15 days with no highlight, up to 15 days with a blue border, up to 7 days with an orange background, up to 3 days with a blue background and orange border, and "due today" on the last day. A past deadline shows in gray as overdue. No status depends on color alone.

The filters need JavaScript.

Without it, this page shows the current and next month below, and the full list is in the Sources section.

The official sources read do not use company size as a criterion.

Conflicts between official sources

When two official sources say different things

Each conflict shows the two sources with the excerpt and the link, which side the calendar adopts (our judgment) and what you should check.

EFD-Reinf: deadline when the 15th is not a business day

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source A: Receita Federal

IN RFB 2.043/2021, art. 6, § 2 (as worded by IN 2.163/2023)

“será postergado para o primeiro dia útil subsequente ao dia 15 (quinze), quando este cair em dia não útil para fins fiscais”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Source B: Receita Federal

EFD-Reinf FAQ item 1.12 (updated on 13/04/2026)

“antecipando-se o vencimento para o dia útil imediatamente anterior, em caso de não haver expediente bancário”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): source A. The normative act prevails over the FAQ, and the official 2026 schedule follows the act (Reinf of 15/02 moved to 18/02 and of 15/03 to 16/03).

What to check: Whether Receita published a note or a correction to FAQ 1.12. Which rule the client uses in SAP is the client's decision. Check on the official site

Suspension of 3/8/2026 in electronic tax documents (IBS and CBS)

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source A: Receita Federal

News item of 01/08/2026

“a suspensão da obrigatoriedade do preenchimento de informações relativas a CBS e IBS em documentos fiscais eletrônicos”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Source B: CGIBS (with Receita Federal)

Note of 06/08/2026

“não houve suspensão da obrigatoriedade de destaque e prestação das informações relativas à CBS e ao IBS nos documentos fiscais eletrônicos”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): source B. It is the later, joint note, which corrects the first: what was postponed was the automatic rejection, not the obligation.

What to check: New start date for the validations (not published in the texts read). Check on the official site

NT NF-e 2025.002 v1.52, 2026.007 and 2026.008: test and production dates

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source A: Receita Federal / NF-e Portal

PDF of NT 2025.002 v1.52

Source B: Receita Federal / NF-e Portal

Notice of 05/10/2026

“ficam postergadas para: 26/outubro em homologação e 16/novembro em produção”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): source B. The notice is later than the PDF (published on 01/10/2026) and expressly changes the dates.

What to check: Whether each internal rule of NT 2025.002 (UB12-10, VC02-14, VC02-50) followed the notice, and whether there is a new version of the NT. Check on the official site

Goiás ICMS: payment deadline under the periodic regime

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source A: SEFAZ-GO

RCTE, art. 75, caput (consolidated text)

“deve ser pago até o 5º (quinto) dia útil subseqüente ao do encerramento do período de apuração”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Source B: SEFAZ-GO

ICMS Payment Calendar (PDF)

“Até o 20º (vigésimo) dia após o encerramento do período de apuração.”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): neither side, the page shows both. The two texts apply to different groups: the 20th day in the calendar applies only to the categories of IN 155/94-GSF (items 1.1 to 1.6), and the 5th business day in art. 75 of the RCTE is the general rule. The page shows both and does not pick one.

What to check: Current text of art. 75 of the RCTE and of IN 155/94-GSF, art. 2, and whether the consolidated RCTE is out of date. Check on the official site

São Paulo ICMS: GIA filing under the periodic calculation regime

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source A: SEFAZ-SP

Page on exemptions from the GIA (Ordinance SRE 2/2025)

“ficam dispensados de apresentar a GIA referente às operações ou às prestações realizadas a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2026”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Source B: SEFAZ-SP

Page on the GIA Elimination Project

“Durante toda a Fase de Transição, as entregas da GIA e da EFD continuarão obrigatórias para todos os contribuintes.”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): source A. The exemption page cites a 2025 ordinance and facts from 2026. The project page describes the transition that began in 2018 and seems out of date, but that is our inference. Caveat: the elimination project page may reflect an earlier phase of the transition, and this was not confirmed with SEFAZ-SP.

What to check: Ordinance SRE 2/2025 and whether any taxpayer stays in the transition phase by notice in the DEC. Check on the official site

NFS-e: version of Annex VII (operation indicators) of NT 009 v1.01

See the two sources, the excerpt and the links

Source B: NFS-e Portal (gov.br)

News item on ATC 7/2026

“a versão 1.03.00 da tabela de Indicadores de Operação”

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): source A. The act is the source that approves the documentation. The news item may reflect a later version of the file, which is not proven.

What to check: Version of Annex VII published on the portal and whether a new act approves it (Annex VI also differs: 1.04 in the act, 1.04.01 in the news item). Check on the official site

Open the source (read on 16/10/2026)

Side the calendar adopts (DFSpro's judgment): neither side, the page shows both. The cause of the difference was not checked. The page shows both dates, 15/08 (annex) and 14/08 (day page), with both links, and does not pick one.

What to check: A corrective act to ADE Corat 47/2026 or a correction of the annex (not found). Check on the official site

What to check: A corrective act to ADE Corat 47/2026 or a correction of the annex (not found). Check on the official site

Procedure note: procedure for the 2027 CBS reference rate: steps, not a conflict

Under art. 349 of LC 214/2025 (Planalto compiled text, read on 16/10/2026), the TCU sends the calculations to the Senate by 15/09: “enviará ao Senado Federal os cálculos a que se refere este parágrafo até o dia 15 de setembro do ano anterior”. The news item talks about another step of the procedure, the proposal from Receita to the TCU, with a date up to 14/09. These are different steps, not two dates for the same step; so this is not a conflict between official sources. Other dates quoted in news items were not proven in the law that was read.

Unofficial source, not valid as proof: News item of August/2026 on the CBS in 2027, open the news item. Agência Brasil is not the body that owns the obligation.

What to check: TCU Resolution 388/2026 and any Senate resolution of 2027 (not found). Check on the official site Text of the law on Planalto

Municipalities

Search for your municipality among the 5,571 in IBGE

01

Layer 1, national

Applies to all municipalities: national-standard NFS-e, Simples and PGDAS-D, federal rules and deadlines that do not depend on the municipality. It is in the calendar above.

02

Layer 2, data read

ISS and municipal declarations, only for municipalities with data read and checked: the 27 capitals and the 50 largest by population (IBGE), 53 municipalities in total.

03

Layer 3, search

All 5,571 IBGE municipalities are in the search. Those without data read show "no data checked by DFSpro", the status of the national NFS-e and where to look it up.

The list of municipalities is downloaded only when you start to search.

The limit of our role

What this calendar does not do

The tax decision always belongs to the client. This page reports the deadline, the rule and the source.

01

A deadline is not a tax position

The calendar gives the date, the rule and the source. How your company meets the obligation, and which rule it uses when sources differ, is the client's decision.

02

A calculated date is not an official date

When a date comes from a rule, it is marked "by rule". Only the schedule published by the body counts as an official date.

03

Local holidays are left out

The calculation uses national holidays. A state or municipal holiday can change a due date and is not in the calculation.

04

Where DFSpro comes in

We design, configure and prove the behavior of SAP and GUEPARDO Tax. The tax position is outside our service.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the tax calendar

13 questions from people who decide

01What is the deadline for the obligation I have to meet this month?+

Use the filter by obligation, level and state. Each row shows the date, the rule that produced it, the rule, the article and the official source with the date we read it. When the date is not a single one (it varies by state or municipality) or has not yet been set by an act, we show the rule and the status instead of a date.

02Can I rely on the dates to make a decision?+

The dates are calculated by rule from official rules read on the date shown. They are not an official deadline. Confirm at the linked source before you act, because the rule may change after we read it. That is why the date of the last review is visible at the top.

03What does an obligation with no date confirmed in the rule mean?+

It means that no official source that was read confirms the date yet. In these cases we show the rule and the link to check the official act, instead of an uncertain number. The list of these items is public and is updated at each review.

04Why are some obligations shown with no date and only a rule?+

Because the date depends on factors that the rule does not fix on a single day: the state, the municipality, the economic sector or an act not yet published, such as the Senate resolution on tax reform rates. Showing a date in these cases would be making it up.

05How does the calendar treat a deadline that falls on a non-business day?+

It follows the rule of each obligation: some move the date to the previous business day, others push it to the next. Where official sources differ, as with the EFD-Reinf, we show both readings and the date each one was read, without choosing in silence. State and municipal holidays are not counted in the calculated dates.

06Does the calendar cover all states and municipalities?+

In part, and the page shows what there is in each place. Among the states, 18 have complete information (all 6 state obligations with an official rule that was read, or not applicable; counting only the states with all 6 obligations backed by an official rule that was read, there are 17), 9 have partial information and 0 have no information yet (for those, the page gives the reason and the link so you can check the official act). For municipalities, the search covers the 5,571 IBGE municipalities: the 53 largest and the capitals have data read; for the rest, the search shows the way to check with the official body.

07Can I take the deadlines to my own calendar?+

Yes. You export the current filter or one specific obligation as .ics and import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The file says the deadline is calculated by rule and carries the source link.

08How does the email alert work?+

You enter your email and give consent. The sign-up goes into the DFSpro Radar newsletter list, with the source "calendario-fiscal", and confirmation follows the newsletter flow. Each message has a one-click cancel link. The email is not used for any other purpose without new consent.

09What does the tax reform change in the deadlines?+

The reform brings milestones from 2026 to 2033 (CBS, IBS, Selective Tax, split payment and transition). The gradual cut in ICMS and ISS between 2029 and 2032 is separate from the IBS steps. Some dates still depend on an act, and the calendar marks those as 'no act yet'.

10Does DFSpro tell my company how to meet each obligation?+

No. The tax decision is the client's. DFSpro designs, configures and proves the behavior of the SAP system so that the tax information comes out correct and on time. The calendar gives the deadline and the rule; it does not guide a tax position.

11Where does SAP come in?+

A tax deadline is met only if the calculation, the ledger and the electronic documents come out of the system on time and correct. Each obligation has its own page at DFSpro, linked from this page, that explains the topic in SAP in plain concepts, with no step by step.

12How do I know the calendar is up to date?+

The "Updated on" badge is at the top, with the date of the last check of the sources (today 23/10/2026). There is a monthly check, a checker for the URLs of the official sources and a public log of what changed, when and why.

13What if two official sources disagree on the same deadline?+

The page shows both, with the excerpt and the link of each, in the conflicts section. The calendar says which side it adopts and why. Your company decides which rule to use, with your tax team.
